Senior Information Architect

Systemscope is looking for an Information Architect who can work with our team and federal government clients to solve complex information problems.


Responsibilities

  • Analysing and making sense of large and complex sets of information
  • Developing taxonomies, controlled vocabularies and metadata within standards-based structured and unstructured environments
  • Developing enterprise-level information ecosystems
  • Interacting with technology and usability teams to ensure the systems and the information work together for the end user

About you

  • You think that information is ultimately for use by human beings. While machines help, it’s our use of the information that really matters
  • You are detail oriented
  • You have experience in developing sophisticated information architecture outputs for either external facing (e.g. web-based services) or internal facing (e.g. enterprise business solutions) clients and users
  • You are comfortable working and communicating with technologists. You’re also just a good communicator in general
  • You can distill clarity from complexity
  • You are passionate about problem solving
  • You have been doing this type of work for at least 7 years
