Web Application Developer

Role description and responsibilities

Discovery solutions like BizPAL, AgPal and Health Canada’s Drug Health and Product Registry (DHPR) are transforming the delivery of Government services to Canadians. Systemscope is looking for an intermediate or senior web application developer to help design and develop web applications, presenting dynamic content in ways the user can understand. If you agree with the formula: “content + context = information”, this is the role for you.

Working with our technical partners, the web application developer will do the “heavy lifting” of transforming tested and validated proof of concept and prototype designs into real implementations. This is a challenging role that requires merging established dynamic content technologies with user-oriented designs in an open standards environment. The right person will help drive change by advancing user-focused Government of Canada web applications and their associated design patterns.
